Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These terms apply to all services provided by 360 reveal, a UK business offering 360° photography, virtual tours and digital content. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We offer 360° photography, virtual visits, virtual tours and hosting, and Google Street View publishing. What is included in your project will be set out in your quote.

3. Booking and payment

• After your enquiry and a conversation about your needs, we will send a detailed quote.
• Please confirm acceptance of the quote in writing to secure a date for your shoot.
• A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
• Changes or additions on the day must be requested by the named key decision maker or authorised person, discussed with the photographer and then confirmed by email.
• If additional work costs more than the original quote, we will confirm the extra cost in writing. Approval of the increased spend will be assumed unless you tell us otherwise.
• The balance is payable after you approve the images in our secure online portal, and before final delivery or upload.
• Late payments may be subject to interest of 5% per month.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot may incur a fee.
• One reschedule is allowed free of charge for unforeseen circumstances.

5. Your responsibilities

• Please make sure the premises are clean, tidy and accessible when we arrive.
• Please remove any sensitive or personal items before the shoot.
• We aim to deliver the finished work within one week of the first upload to the portal. To help with this, please view the photographs within 24 hours of receiving them, and send any revisions in writing within a further 24 hours.

6. Image rights and licensing

• Copyright remains with 360 reveal.
• You are granted a non-exclusive licence for commercial use of the final images and tours on your website, social media and promotional materials.
• Images must not be resold or redistributed without our written permission.

7. Hosting

• Where a virtual visit or tour needs hosting, this is included in the quote for the first 12 months.
• Hosting can then be renewed monthly or yearly, and a standing order can be arranged.
• We are not liable for outages on third-party platforms, such as Google or the tour hosting platform.

8. Editing and revisions

• Editing preferences, such as colour saturation, vibrancy, nadir correction and logo branding, are agreed with the named key decision maker when quoting.
• After the shoot, every photograph is professionally edited.
• Edited images are shared for approval in a secure, password-protected portal. At this stage they may not be copied, transferred or downloaded, and remain protected by copyright.
• You have one opportunity to request revisions, in writing, within 24 hours of accessing the portal.
• Further revisions or additional shoots will be quoted separately.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

• loss of data or downtime caused by third-party platforms
• errors made by the client when uploading or using media
• indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our content

Our total liability is limited to the project fee.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
