My background is working between businesses and their customers, discovering where people get stuck in the buying process and fixing it.
I spent more than twenty years in national account and territory sales, across beauty, consumer healthcare and pharmaceuticals. I worked for companies selling through retailers, where getting the retailer to buy was only part of the job. There also had to be demand from the shopper or consumer.
When there wasn't, I had to work out why. Was the customer missing information? Was something getting in the way of the purchase? What could be changed to create demand and move the stock?
I carried that same thinking into Lovely Hands, my own ecommerce business, and it now sits at the heart of 360 reveal.
I work with premium hospitality businesses, looking at what their prospective guests need to know and where they might get stuck before making a decision. Then I use 360° photography to make those answers easier to find, understand and act on.
I start with people, then use technology with intention.
"My background was in sales, not photography. I start with people, then use technology with intention. Never the other way around."
